If your child attends the Morning session and you would like them to have nursery dinner the cost of this is £x.xx per dinner, (if your child is booked in on the day and is off sick this is still payable).
If your child attends the afternoon session and you would like them to have nursery snack the cost of this is £x.xx per afternoon snack, (if your child is booked in on the day and is off sick this is still payable).
If your child attends both the morning and afternoon session, encompassing both dinner and snack and you would like your child to have nursery meals the cost of this is £x.xx per day, (if you child is booked in on the day and is off sick this is still payable).
Parents/Carers are more than welcome to send your child with a packed lunch instead of our nursery dinners and snacks, if you express your desire for this option, you will be provided with a list of meals and snacks as well as the DFE's healthy guidance for meals you will need to provide for, sorry we are unable to warm food up brought in from home, due to allergies we request no food containing nuts.
Should you require extra hours these will be charge in accordance with our nursery rates at the time of any requests for this service.
If you are late to collect your child at the end of the day, you will be charged £10.00 for the first 10 minutes and then £5.00 for every 5 minutes after that, this is to cover the cost of staffing and utilities for the extra time your child is in our care, this is payable on collection of your child. If you are late to collect your child at the end of the day and you have not contacted the nursery to inform us of this, we will attempt to contact you and if we are unable to get hold of you we will contact your emergency contacts, if we are unable to get hold of any of your emergency contacts we will contact the local authority and follow their procedures for uncollected children.
Willows is an amazing nursery, 2 of my children have attended Willow's, the staff are caring, knowledgeable, and reassuring. My child is always happy to attend and talks with great enthusiasm about his day, i feel very confident knowing he is being cared for and loved in my absence.

We've had such a lovely experience at The Willows. Lamiah has been there since she was 2, and the progress she's made in her confidence and learning has been amazing. The staff are so warm and caring, always taking the time to comfort and support her. She built such a strong, special bond with one of her first teachers, which really helped her feel safe, settled, and happy from the very beginning... With my youngest due to start soon, I feel completely reassured. As a parent of a child with Type 1 diabetes, a lifelong autoimmune condition diagnosed at just 1 year old, I fully trust the team to support her needs with care and professionalism. Thank you all.
Willows Private Day Nursery offers a wonderful, nurturing environment where staff genuinely care about the developmental journey of every child. The staff are friendly and work as a team with the children and parents. The staff are attentive and create a lovely, engaging atmosphere, fully focused on the children, even when the room is busy. The parents are reassured that the children are safe and secure at our nursery.
We couldn't have chosen a better nursery for our daughter. She is always so happy to go in and we love receiving photos to see what fun she has been getting up to throughout the day with all her friends in The Fluffy Bunnies.
